It is the union of a balanced mind and fit body. Regular games period along with Yoga and Band helps students to unwind and help in overall development.

Students from Pre-primary to Grades X engage in weekly sessions of Music and Dance within the school schedule. These help them to express their innate talents.

Grades V and above get involved in Performing arts where they are trained to understand body language, emotions and voice modulation. Acting builds confidence and fine tunes communication skills.

These outings add to learning opportunities in an open-air setup. The students across all grades are taken to various places in and around Bangalore to appreciate the heritage and architecture. Trips are also arranged to museum, galleries and recreational spots as a rewarding experience that provides benefits to cultural understanding and social connection. All the events that are observed emphasize both National and Cultural importance, fostering the spirit of unity in diversity.

The school has a well-equipped composite Science Lab, Maths Lab and Library. Here students get an opportunity to explore hands-on activities to reinforce the learning.
